Hi there. My name is Kyle. I’ve been me my whole life, and let me tell you, it’s been great. I was born in Wisconsin in September 1984, but have lived in Oregon since I was 5. Since then, I’ve lived all over the state, and currently live in Portland, Oregon, one of the best planned cities in the world. With the ocean, the mountains, and sprawling forests all within an hour or two, Portland is truly a unique place to live.
I currently work as a Graphic Designer for Kittelson. I have a healthy obsession with web design, hand-coded markup, and web technologies. After a few years in the industry, I am a veritable master-of-disaster with front-end development, and not so shabby at Php and .NET back-end work.
Outside of work, when I’m not tanning my face and fingers in the comforting, too-bright glow of my 24″ iMac, I’m an avid snowboarder, frequenting Mount Hood Meadows. I’ve been riding for 10 years with no signs of stopping (I logged 19 days this year, and broke my foot in two places halfway through the season).
I’m also an avid yuppy, enjoying most things listed on Stuff White People Like: I live in a tiny studio, shop at Whole Foods, enjoy only the finest of coffee, drink martinis and IPA’s, ride my bike, and snub my nose at Walmart.
